Riz Khan is the founder and director at Inspire Capital. He has over 25 years of experience in the health and social care sector, of which 23 years have been at main Board level.

Riz has developed a reputation for building value and improving outcomes for clients through a rare blend of his social work background, combined with entrepreneurial flare and business acumen, which has created high quality and high value organisations.

For over 25 years Riz has built up a successful business strategy and investment organisation, initially from one home/service to 180 specialist residential services across the UK in the form of day schools, residential education, children’s homes and fostering agencies through both organic growth and acquisition of companies.
